This guy is the likely winner of Australian Idol this year. This version of The Beatles "Get Back" was a real show-stopper last night and probably sealed the deal for him. His name is Wes Carr.

That song last night was one of the highlights of the season, along with his Michael Jackson number.
Yeah. It's great that the music has been somewhat more "ballsy" this year. I must admit - I have a soft spot for the shearer as well, even if the Spano-man is the better singer of the two. I think we'll see Wes as the Oz-Idol-Elect and he'll likely go on to a great rock'n'roll career. Cool. :)
